Query on Ontario province nomination program

I have reveived letter of interest from Ontario but not sure how to proceed. I tried calling on +4163270374 from Australia but it is giving me an error message. What do I need to do to proceed? Do I need a job offer from an employer to be considered for the nomination?

No. you dont require a job offer from canada for it. you need to submit all your supporting documents with the ontario nominee application form which will include your previous experience, educational documents, ielts, funds availability, bank statement etc...

Go through this application guide thoroughly. most of your doubts will get cleared. Job Offer is not at all required.

I have 438 points and a bit confused if I should be going through the nomination program or rather wait for the express entry draw. The express entry is cheaper as we are only required to pay the PR fee if we get at ITA.
Please suggest which is a better approach for me?

Yes. PR fee has to be paid on top of it to CIC.

Considering your points, i would suggest you to apply for Ontario.

Got the interest letter from Ontario too... gotta question on settlement funds.

Would a check in my name payable next january be sufficient proof of funds, along with bank statements with monthly salary transfers?
