Hello everyone..
I'm 23 years old, from Iraq but currently living in Jordan, recently graduated from college and have no working experience yet and I'm taking the General Training IELTS exam next month, and my purpose of taking it is mainly to live in Canada permanently and hopefully continue my study there for a master degree..
So, my query is regarding what shall I do next after taking the exam and to make that happen ? What type of visa shall I apply for ? And how ?

You are not giving us enough information - what's your background (education/work)?

Assuming you'd like to immigrate to Canada, your best option is to apply for FSW and here is the official link with detailed information:

Re: IELTS for Immigration to Canada

You'll first need to spend time reading about Canada's immigration programs to see what it will take to immigrate. As Johnny31 explained, you can find this information here:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

Based on the information you have provided, you don't qualify to immigrate. You need to get some work experience first and possibly also secure a job offer in Canada.
