Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Hi

I am sure most of us get our paystubs on company emails which have no signatures as they are "computer generated" .
Is it ok to attach them as is ?
Also how many pay stubs do we attach ?
I have spent 6 years in the company and have received mid year appraisals, do I need to attach pay stubs for all the six years ?

It is recommended to get your pay stubs stamped and then upload them. If not possible, then go ahead without stamps.
You need to attach last 6 months pay stubs. You can include the appraisal letters that you received in the last 6 years.

Make sure your file is within 4 MB limit.

latest 3 would suffice but they are just a bonus. Pay-stubs are not mandatory if you have complete reference letter with everything CIC asked for. Pay-stubs and other documentation are used to support an incomplete reference letter.

Regarding appraisals, CIC doesn't care about those. Just mention the last salary in each position you held. That should be enough.

Also, you can use one thread for all your questions.

Thank you guys will do that will

Also I have one more query regarding Roles and Responsibilities

Do we have to write the roles and responsibilities for each position help or just the current one is good enough

I would repeat for each position, even if it is the same. No harm really you are not limited by the length of your reference letter. Always give more if you can, not less. It would be like this

Also, if you can provide this along with name and contact details of the person you report to along with their business card, there is no requirement for pay-stub. But attach latest 3 internet downloaded copies - because as I said, no harm

My immediate reporting person is generous enough to provide me with all of that. I will have to go with the download copies as my hospital won't stamp them.

This is what I am planning to write in the reference letter to keep it simple.

Her main duties and responsibilities as a Senior Physiotherapist are:
....

Her duties and responsibilities as a Physiotherapist were identical to her current duties as a Senior Physiotherapist.

what's your thought on this ? else I'll go with what you have recommended

Ah, that should work too. All good! No stamps needed - just use the downloaded copies
