Query about work history/experience proof during PR application submission

Hello All,
I received my ITA with the latest draw and have started the process of filling in the details for the PR application.
I have a question about the work experience/history entries. I have been working in the US as a software developer on an H1B for the past 6 years with my current employer and was under OPT training working with the another US employer for 2 years before that.
I also worked as a graduate research assistant for 2 years while pursuing my master's degree in US.
I also worked as a software engineer in India for 2.5 years.

I have entered a total of 4 records for my work history. I noticed that I would need to upload experience letters/proof of work experience for all these job entries. My question is :

I have work experience letters from the two past employers totaling a work experience of 7-8 years
Will this be enough ?

I have a combined work exp and education evaluation from an evaluation agency that evaluated my profile to be equal to a bachelor's degree in CS as my master's is not from a computer science major. I already got ECA for my master's from WES which has a canadian equivalency for master's degree. Can I provide the external agency evaluation also to strengthen my case ?

Can I exclude my India work experience ? Because I cannot get work experience letter as it has been more than a decade and I don't want to pursue that and waste any time.

Can I exclude my work experience as a graduate research assistant as I cannot get an experience letter from the university or my professor. I however have some pay stubs from during that period. Can I just use them or would you suggest excluding it.

any work experience that you wish to claim points for, put them in the work history section and provide proof along with. Since your 2 most recent work experiences account for the max points eligibility in this section, I would advise to just have these 2 jobs mentioned in the work history section as adding any more is not really gonna make a difference in terms of points in your case and you could avoid the documentation hassle.

As for all the other experiences that you wish to exclude, Yes you can do that and just go ahead and mention them under your personal history section.
