Hey all!
I recently got married and me and my spouse (sponsor) are not currently living together as we both are studying right now and enrolled in institutions in different provinces. Given my unique circumstances, I am not sure if I should apply under Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada class or Family class. However we plan to live together once we graduate and do I get an open work permit if I apply under family class? need some guidance here.
