Dear Members,

I having queries as below:-

Is this compulsory that CHC New Delhi must call the Employer/Boss/HRA (employment certificate issued personal) person to check the authenticity of Job? Is there any one who got P.R. Visa without doing any enquiry by CHC New Delhi from Emplyer?

2ndly how much time take to issue medical after receive of full docs?

3rd how much time they give to do the medical as my consultant in Canada and CHC New Delhi used to send Medical Request through normal post which need nearly 25 days time to reach to Canada?

-Not necessarily. CHC may or may not contact the employers [or anyone for that matter]. There r many cases who didn't receive any calls -neither did I.

2ndly how much time take to issue medical after receive of full docs?
-Usually it'd be 3-6 months after the ADS. Avg. 4-5 months, if there are no 'red flags'.

3rd how much time they give to do the medical as my consultant in Canada and CHC New Delhi used to send Medical Request through normal post which need nearly 25 days time to reach to Canada?
-U get anywhere between 45-60 days to complete the meds.

And can you please let me know who is the best/polite DMP in New Delhi?

How deeply they do medical test?

To Ash:

By red flags I mean if there is any discrepancy found in your b/ground checks. In that case some more scrutiny might be done, which could delay the case a it.

About a DMP in India -I wouldn't know. There r some threads here on the matter -u may like to place your query there. Or someone [with the know] might reply here soon.

The meds are per se quite simple. Nothing to worry about that. If u do not have any preconditions, u'll pass thru successfully. Again there r many threads here on the subject... just hit the 'search' & u'll know all.

1. No it is not. It is the visa officer discretion to do more verification by contacting the employer. Doesn't happen very often but all depends upon individuals case.
