medical and landing fees paid and passport sent. how long for visa stamp

hi. i am an indian national and i have been requested by CHC, ND to go for medical and submit the passport. i did my medical and i have sent my passport as well. my case is processed in new delhi. but since i am working in saint lucia, west indies, i did my medical in saint lucia and DMP has sent the medical report to canada embassy, port of spain, trinidad since thats the nearest regional medical office for canada immigration.CHC,ND got my passport on 27th feb 2008 and port of spain got my medical report on 26th feb 2008.how will CHC, new delhi will come to know about my medical result. do port of spain will inform NEW delhi . how many days it takes to get passport back.is there is still chances of rejecting or is it just a matter of time to get stamp?/?i am a chef from proffession. Plz advice how much time it will take to get passport back

Average time for ND to stamp passport from Nov 09 to till date is 1.5 months
