Does anyone has any idea that after getting AOR, How much time the CIC take's to send the CSQ request for the spouse.

Alright, so here are the two official versions.

English version from official source : Remember to print the applicant’s name in block letters on the back of the cheque.

French version from official source : N’oubliez pas d'inscrire au dos du chèque, le nom du demandeur en caractères d’imprimerie.

I've sent query to MIDI. As soon as I get response, will update here.

I agree with Maxim as well. I followed the French forms and it is pretty straight forward.

Also @wasiqjaved in your previous reply to me you said the sponsored person has to sign the document checklist. This is wrong. The Sponsor has to sign it.

In the english sponsors guide it is clearly mentioned to write Sponsors name on back of Drafts. Please Follow the Guide.. Not the website. Website has mistakes. Also the credit card payment form has wrong wording. For any future applicants .. Just write Sponsors name on the creditcard payment form. The Sponsor is the person making the undertaking application. The application is mainly tied to the sponsor for identification purposes.

I am about to submit it my application, and I filled out form A-0591-F0 (2018-09) for the credit card information. My wife is the sponsor, I am the "applicant".

It says Requérant principal (personne qui fait la demande) and in the English version it says Principal applicant (person making the application)

I would put the Sponsor's name on the A-0591-F0 (2018-09) for the credit card information. (The Requérant principal (personne qui fait la demande) mentioned was a wrong co-incidental wording problem. Common sense wise this is clear, but I cant proove anything with solid proof)

If you are still not having peace of mind, take a Canada Post money order and write the Sponsors name on the back in block letters (This is clearly mentioned in the Guide, and there is no ambiguity in this method.)

So its up to you what you want to do now.

Credit card debited on June 25th

STEP-BY-STEP

1. First, send your Federal Application to IRCC like everyone else.
2. After getting AOR, you will receive Letter via email from IRCC to apply for Quebec's Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ)
3. Download all the relevant FRENCH forms in Undertaking application – Kit A – without financial requirements

I am confused with how to proceed for the CSQ application the an Outland Spousal Sponsorship. At the top of this form, imm0008enu_2d.pdf for the sponsor to fill out, #6 says:

If we answer no it asks for when we applied for the CSQ But according to the step by step here we aren't supposed to apply for the CSQ until we have received the aknowledgement of receipt from IRCC.

Any fields/boxes without '*' are not mandatory. Mostly leave it blank.

I applied for the Csq on the first of june they sent me letter on the middle of the same month of starting processing .
but till now no answer it's almost two months now .
could any one help me in this why it took too long? and what is the expected time to receive it?

The Department is currently receiving an exceptional volume of family sponsorship cases. As a result, it has become impossible to meet the 25-day deadline set out in the Customer Service Statement.

However, be assured that these delays will not affect the timelines for issuing permanent resident visas to sponsored persons. MIDI and IRCC work together to ensure that your file is processed and visas are issued in a timely manner. Arrangements have also been made so that you do not have to worry about the date of issuance of the Québec Selection Certificate. The MIDI is in charge of making the link with the IRCC.

The Department is currently processing applications received up to:

- May 15, 2019 for a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child;
- May 21, 2019 for other family members.

Wait time information is updated regularly.

I think it will take atleast 2-2.5 months to receive the CSQ nowadays.

Thanks a lot . but the update date of this page is 18/07
Last modification : 2019-07-18 it's written at the end of the page so
it's more than two weeks now and no new update
i think that means they didn;t finish
so if some one applied on - May 15, 2019 so he didn't recieve the Csq till now so the waiting period for this person till now is 2.5 Months
I think we can know the exact waiting time for people applied on may 15 when they update the page again that means they finished till that date
but the question which is more important till what date they will take in the next update??do they take month by month or 2 weeks by 2 weeks
so if they took 3 months untill may 15 so other 3 months untill may 15 so my Csq will be after 6 months ???? is it logic ?
other question may they ask for more documents or return the application to modify or they chicked the papers already ?

I have a concern here I have 4 brothers but non of them are coming with me to canada went my sponsorship get approved
All of them are under 18 of age without a passport but they do have a birth certificate do I need to put them in my application without there passport or only a copy of there birth certificate is enough
Another question is I was working in Dubai I now finish up my contract and come back home to Gambian now am living in my own country for 5 months and i will still be living here do i need to get DUBAI police clearance still to put in my applications or i should get that of Gambia hence thats my country of birth

There is no link between them. If you're outland, MR comes right after sponsorship approval from Federals. And CSQ - this is provincial document. Usually comes 25 days after you send your documents to MIDI (Ministère de l’Immigration). You can check duration on their site
