Just wanted to share this update: I got the following msg: "we successfully received your document", which I sent on Sept 17th.

In my portal, under the "Review of additional documents", it shows:


"October 15, 2021 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided."

Hopefully, I'm a step closer.

Just FYI, in my portal account the photos for my wife and I are still in review and we have received our cards since last Friday.

It seems they also forgot our file to update or process after medical. Is this normal?

I just got email from ircc portalcic.gc.ca on Saturday , to give me all information about last landing ,location and all ,in order to get portal account request.

Even i replied that email , next day i got the same email. Till now i did not got the portal account request.

Is it normal or i have to send them email again? I sent them 2 times already.

How much time it takes in your case to get portal account request ?for pr card

It happens... It's a bug. Continue to reply until you receive your credentials.

If I were you, I would call and pretend the dummy. I would ask if they received our medical exams. As they asked for it, this is included to what they can answer. They had answered me. So in order to answer this, they will access your file and with some luck you can get some more details.
Maybe they won't answer you, but I would try.

In my case, I had received the credentials to log in and successfully logged in and the next day I received the initial email again and just ignored it, as I had already everything I needed it.

I tried a couple of times over the phone and through webform but it didn’t work. They straight away say that we can’t access your file due to priority policy. The thing that I’m wondering about is that they approved my medical the same day they received and after that no update. I also didn’t receive my biometrics refund which makes me worry.

You were right. This way they access your file. Just talked with an agent said that you have passed medical exam and you have to wait for final decision. I asked if there is anything else required on my file, he said that I can’t access more details of your file due to policy but I don’t see anything that’s required at the moment by looking at your file and everything looks good!

Any inputs? Why all due dates after 1 year. Does this mean processing will take 1 more year. And what is the meaning of Application assessment due date?

And I guess PRBIO means prior bio metrics.
