And i guess logically
If you send an envelope with any documents literally anything . U will get an xep from ircc.
Does this make you eligible for open work permit?

So everyone will just send and envelope containing some stuff just to get xep and apply for owp

got my COPR today!

but it's so weird, it's not from portal account but cic account, and i haven't even got my portal account and password, even though they kept asking me the same information over and over again so that account could be created according to them. And they asked me to send them my photos by mail.

is it normal? should i call them to give photos online? thanks

Yeah but you also need CSQ for the owp so I guess not everyone can get an owp without a valid CSQ
