Hi everyone i hope you all are doing good. I see everyone's post all the time do want to share my case as well may be it can help someone or may be i can get more information from you guys

CSQ RECEIVED : 15 feb 2018
AOR FOR FEDERAL: AUG 2018
MEDICAL:12 NOV 2019
MEDICAL RECEIVED :23 NOV 2019
RCMP CERTIFICATE :REQUESTED :23 NOV 2019
PRE ARRIVAL SERVICE : 23 NOV 2019

Waiting for Police certificate to come and i will upload on their cic website
Any idea what is next -- File duration is may 2020 ---23 months

Sept 2019 applicants. How did u know they stopped temporarily? it's a guess or you've asked them?

It's just a guess. But it's a very educated guess, given that no one I know has gotten it from the Aug 2019 applicants. However, by looking at the history of applications (in the google sheet), it looks like this happens every so often: suddenly AORs take long or short. I wouldn't freak out, given that a lot of people are on the same boat. It might just be that CIC probably stops processing AORs if they've gotten a big batch.

Again, this is a guess, but if you look at the google spreadsheet, this has happened in the past:

RCMP is always for Canada, bro. it stands for Royal Canadian Mounted police.

I called CIC about the long waiting the AOR for august application. She said this is not weird because of the long backlog they have for quebec applications. She looked pretty confident that Quebec applications are doomed and the application process will take long.
