I wouldn't be that optimistic.
Government IT operations are usually executed badly.
I think they did a botched server update today which took out that timeline. That timeline was useless anyway.
I will be happy if I am proved wrong.

Update: Not just QSWP, everyone is experiencing the timeline issue, CEC class, EE class etc.

I guess they will either increase or decrease the processing time, hence the timeline disappearance.

Oh well, Im just praying, on my case I already finished all the checks. I am just waiting for PPR since Sept 25 ( start of IP2) to be issued by my LVO!
