You're so lucky to have it done in 16 months ,intact it's quiet fast when compared to others. Praying that you'll get Visa fast in hand and settle in Quebec soon..... All the best.
I too applied in April 2018 , till now they haven't asked me for medicals atleast.
Its all luck that few get it in 12-15 months and the others not even in 21 months. .. Just received an update for my June query which was submitted through web form. Weirdly it was phrased differently. The response is:
