Hi,

I am from India and I am 28 years old.
I got CSQ in August and now I have prepared all documents that will be sent to Canada via courier and they will recheck my experience and all as per my lawyer. All docs and my family information will be sent there by 1st week of august.

After that they will ask for PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) and Medical Certificate.

My question is -

- Is my above data correct ?
- When I will get VISA from India ? What is waiting time for it.

Your process will start from the time they receive your complete file and will end after Decision made ,it could be between 17-21 months, learn french language in mean time.

As per quebecdreams, when you submit your application at federal stage ( after csq receipt), it will take up to or around 21 months to get your Visa. It will not take less than a year, law firms will say anything to keep you onboard. There is unfortunately a long waiting period ahead so , best of luck.

Got GCMS Notes today
Eligibilty - passed
Criminality - passed
Medical - passed, Expired
Security - not started for me For my spouse nothing is seen in security
File location - Ready for PS

But when called Cic in May 2019 they were saying security checks in progress for my spouse and not started for me.Yesterday, when I called it was said that security check in progress.
Does anyone have same situation?

Can anyone help me with my inquiry.
I applied for the federal part last July 21 but my CSQ will be expiring on August 24, 2019. Will this affect my application for permanent residency as I did not yet received my AOR my IRCC yet. Please advise.

If everything goes utmost well, you can get your PR within 16 months after your application date in the best case. But on average (for %80 of the applicants) this is 21 months.

There are 2 stages of Quebec applications.

1- Obtaining CSQ from Quebec (which took 3 years for you -for me, it took 4 years.)
2 - Obtaining PR from Federal (around 21 months waiting after application to federal)

Having CSQ is nothing actually, all of us are having CSQs here but waiting for Federal to issue our PRs, unfortunately.

finally, we got the email requesting our passport. DM appears on ecas but nothing's changed yet on GCkey. My timeline is:
file received: 29/11/17
AOR: 14/02/18
Medical confirmed: 27/01/19
DM and passport request: 29/06/19

Quite similiar timeline. Mine: applied Jan 24 and AOR MAR 26. Medical done in Sept. nothing new yet. Wondering what VOs doing and why they sent PPR to those who have later timelines and ignore applicants from Jan to Mar?

My medical is going to expire in this August 31st.

Now they will again ask for remedical or what??
