Not completely...It will tell you when your Visa has been sticked into your PP(if you need one) and/or CoPR is issued....It will change it to application approve.and then in day or two your return tracker will activate.

Any clues about when I expect the medical request. I am applying for PR from QC as a skilled worker. Here is my timeline:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 31, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on June 16, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on June 16, 2017.

Today is Nov. 11, nothing yet !!!!

Did you call CIC? In my case they've sent the email but I never received it. I was just lucky that I called them.

Also early MR does not mean early DM/PPR. I received MR 10 months after application reached CIC and I received PPR in 13 months.

It's hard to miss MR if you did not apply via Lawyer/Consultant. You get email with forms attached. You get emails regarding updates to eCAS/MyCIC. You also see updates in eCAS/MyCIC if you login.

Yea that's true. Me and you are examples XD. I got MR in 5 months and nothing since that.

I called CIC on March 15th because I wasn't able to link my application and this is when agent told me MR email was sent on 1st March (Which I never received). They sent me an email same day without attachment. On 23rd march I received email with form.

Family size has no bearing on MR timings.

I guess it's independent from family size as I have a friend who is single and got MR after almost a year of waiting. Just call them to make sure nothing is missing
