Yesterday one lady got medical request at 2.30 PM. Ahmedabad - Gandhinagar
UCI : 20 / 01 / 2017
Landing : 10 / 02 / 2017
Medical Request : 14.07.2017

Now very good chance for coming medical request............

My representative has recently inquired about my status from NDVO.
And this is what i got to know..
(Please be advised your file is pending initial review. At present no action is required on your part.
Once the review is complete, our office will contact you with further instructions).
Now my question is what does this initial review stands for??...Means they have opened up my file or have not yet touched even?
Also how long more it should take now? as my file is already in 14th month of processing
experts please advice!!

Cuz 14 months a reply like this is questionable.

Try checking the status in Ecas while putting the Receipt number in it along with the applicants particulars. Hope this helps .
Did you submit upfront Medicals or did you get Medical Request from CIC? if you got MR, then your file has passed initial review.

Hi sunny want to know one thing that i paid rprf fee on 8th may 17 request by ndvo...but when i tried yesterday to check my ecas with receipt number it shows wrong information..but showing status with uci/case number...but rprf paid by my lawyer thru his own accnt...just confusing
