There is an attached pdf file that comes along with the medical request on myCIC. The pdf is the Medical Examination Instructions and your Medical Report form (IMM1017E). They have filled part of your medical report form. And you just need to print the medical report form and follow the instructions that they provided to you.

but there was no message available and also did'nt get any E-Mail regarding medical request from NDVO.

Same here as for so many others. "We have requested a medical exam" but no messages yet and no email... Guess we all have to be patient a little longer...
