Hi Amit, dont worry the Decision is positive because the recent corresspondence from CIC was for RPRF on may 30, if they needed anything they request with RPRF.
Holds truth in your case as well... my lawyer said...passport request may take 2 weeks now.

They have filled part of your medical report form. And you just need to print the medical report form and follow the instructions that they provided to you.

Scores of people have this issue. Unless you get MR forms via email or attached to some message in myCIC , you can safely ignore misleading messages in myCIC account. Hopefully CIC will fix this issue in next few days.

I am sorry that you have to wait for the medical form to arrive... because there is important file # that can connect to your application for the clinic to do their work.

1. What should be my next step now?
2. Can I track my aplication online now at CIC website? How?
3. What are the stages during this one year process that I shall be aware of?
4. Can i expect it be quicker than 1 year?
5. Is there any facility that i can track this thread through watsapp? Pls let me know and i will PM my num.
6. What is e-cas? What should i know abt it?

The first step is to wait for an acknowledgment of reciept sent to your email or by post.
You can try and link your application after some days. Here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/link.asp just follow the instructions.
Overall process according to their website is 13months.

Is their system having difficulties, or they even are slow internal, the file is received from may 2016. I already sent mail to query about this message to the immigration office.

I had got verification from Quebec embassy in August 2016 & I had send my all documents in Sept 2016 recI ever in25 October 2016 now I m waiting for csq till date I have not got any reply from embassy. I had applied for Quebec FSW in July 2013 in December 2013 got my file no till date I m waiting

We got the DM update by checking ecas (no email).
Then regarding PPR, it's an email that you will receive. Please really check your email regarding PPR (spam and any other folders in your email since sometime you don't find it in your primary email folder).
