It will not affect your AOR. remember you educated me on how to link my account last week and i did.my AOR came via my normal email and not through my CIC account. the next day my CIC account was updated saying they started processing my application. Expect yours soon

What are your timelines? Are you inland applicant? can you please update spreadsheet in my signature?

No. I have not heard of medicals since 22nd Feb. I know 2 other people that got AOR before me, are inland and are still waiting for Medical Request.
