From what I have seen on this forum if you submitted your application within Canada then 4-5 months from now and if you submitted your application outside Canada then 1-2 months.

Hi

I have CSQ and I applied for PR in 2016. While PR is in progress I got married in December 2016. I notified the CIC about it and they asked for CSQ along with supported documents. It seems CSQ will take time, in this case what should I reply to the CIC.

1.) Do I submit all the supported documents without CSQ and will send CSQ later to CIC
2.) Do I send all the documents when I received my CSQ ?
3.) Anybody know how much time will Quebec immigration take to add the spouse on your file.

status closed- this application has been approved
But still my passport has not been returned till today
Does anyone has the same problem...maybe is not a problem but I'm anxious for my passport return proccess. I didn' t took the back envelope tracking number so I can't control if the envelope is sent from the office or not

It happened to me same situation, no tracking number for the evelope and a long wait... plus a frezzing storm in Montreal and no canada post service for one day...is normal, your passport is on the way... just beathe and keep praying and texting and your status changed... is almost here
for the other people, please write down the tracking number or thake a picture of the xpress xpost o or take the little sticker with the number... the final waiting is crazy

DELAY IN PROCESSING

i am just new to this blog.
my case is completely different.
i applied for csq in 2011 nov.
got file number in jan 2012
in dec-2016 i got mail sating that send the dd copy
i sent it in a week,
in feb 2/2017 i got 'intention to reject"
my question is IS MY FILE PROCESSED AS PER 2011 RULES OR PRESENT 2016 RULES?
CAN ANY ONE HELP

Yes absolutely as far as I have seen that there were 10 forum members who have sent their passports along with your (alemom's) passport and you neither have tracking number & unfortunately you had received your envelope almost last of all due to the bad weather conditions in those days as well.

Undoubtedly it is really frustrating dear, but all we can do is just pray and wait. As alemom said your envelope is on the way.

It all depends on how fast the visa office is. You stated that you received a passport request, as part of it, they usually specify the processing time. Based on few offices, it can go between one and four weeks.

I also got that in the email " We will not respond to queries received within less than six weeks. This service will not operate when the Embassy is closed. Our website shows our holiday closures, which may differ from national holidays in Senegal. "

Is that any indication is the maximum processing time?

Its processed per 2011 rules not 2017

Please reply

You should get your spouse's CSQ within 3-4 weeks if everything foes fine. You can submit it all together to get your application updated once .

While no news for Medical Request ?
Any idea how long it takes ....
Whether it will come in 2017 or not
