Hello Guys,

I need help with CIC the forms filing for the federal stage. I am not really sure how to fix the abreviations requirements on form IMM5669 (12-2012) or is it ok to add a separate excel sheet with the complete information ?



Also, does anyone have CIC's call center phone number for applicants residing in United States?

Hi All

I am getting very frustrated as I am not able to find my application on CIC website. I have created the GCkey account and filling all the relevant details while following the 'Link An Existing Application To This Account' but after completing the entire process the same answer NO APPLICATIONS FOUND

As I am trying the same since last two weeks but still unable to find the application. As my application was delivered at Nova Scotia Visa Office on 20/7/2016 but still not showing while searching the same.

Anyone Please Help Me In this matter

Hi,
Did you receive the AOR?
Are you using a rapresentative/lawyer?

I had the same problem but, after the AOR I was able to see my file on Ecas.

I have sent PCC for India as well as Singapore ( country of residence ) which was given on my current passport number .
I am planning to renew my Passport since it is valid for less than six months .
Do I need to do PCC Again for new passport ?
Please help ....

After logging into myCIC you can use "Report a Technical Issue" to reach out to CIC to get this sorted out.

I do believe so, unless you're from a visa-exempt country, in which case you just have to send the biodata scans upon receiving PPR.


In more personal news, we got GCMS notes back yesterday. It says Eligibility Passed, Criminality Passed, and Medicals Passed. Location is PACE. I don't see any "Appears RFV" or anything similar in the notes, but the due date is November 12. Hoping for PPR soon! Still no news since Medical Received.

I just got the email to do my medical exam, i'm on a business trip for more than 30 days. And the medical exam fees in the country I'm currently in is really high.
Is there a way to extend the 30 days period CIC gave me??
