Regarding the PCC, unless re-requested by the CIC you don't need to get new ones.
for the Passport, go ahead and get an new one.

That's what I did. I am waiting for the next CIC contact to provide them with a copy of the new passport (via my agent)

I had the same problem but, after the AOR I was able to see my file on Ecas.

ADVO nowadays send Medical Requests 12 or 13 months after AOR.
I'd say you will receive your medical request somewhere in December or January .

if you are using a rapresentative/lawyer it might be not a good idea to link your application to your Cic account.
Your rapresentative will no longer receive any important information about your case.
I received my AOR after around 60-80 business days.

Exactly you should send the passport copy (new one) once you receive the AOR. ..
