Received back Passport and CPR ( confirmation of permanent residency), it has taken two weeks to get Passport back, the entry validity is 12 months from medical examination date.

Patience is really worth on the entire process and this forum for me, given me an idea about the time line for each step in entire process, especially for me who has not approached any consultant.

Thank you fellow applicants and seniors who share valuable points over here and wishing everybody success on their attempts.

I checked my ECAS this morning and to my all surprise the status has changed to Decision Made. I am hoping that the status change represents a positive outcome. I will keep you posted.

I checked the status last night and it was still showing In Process and it showed Decision Made this morning. Yes, I am from a visa exempt country. I'm trying to get a hold off my immigration representative for some additional info, since we have not gotten any email confirmation from CIC.

Forget everything now start your celebrations, u r soon gonna get ur copr like very very soon. Yeah may be in next couple of days. All the v best ) Can u tell ur assignment due date in ur gcms notes? Coz u have been kept saying that this has got nothing to do with anything and now it seems like it is Going to prove something to u though

Thank you all. I sent out a "case specific enquiry" yesterday. Perhaps that had something to do with it. Any idea what the requirements are in terms of financial independence (proof of means) during landing procedure?

As for the assignment due date: 11/1/2016
