Guys I just received a letter about UCI no. Is that a good news or what? anfd what is next process

Could you copy the body of the letter what they are asking?
UCI is just an identification number of you so they can keep track of you immigration history.

The total time is 13 months for inland applications so I would expect it around that time after the time you applied.

if the processing time for your case is longer than the estimate time listed on cic website (which says 13 months for QSW), you should call them (and in this case, they will look into it and may tell you why it's taking longer than usual or if it's reaching final decision soon).

Did you happen to request GCMS notes? They always shed some light on a case. Good luck and keep us posted.

I sent a email on 22/08/2016:
My application processing time are exceeding the normal processing time(13 months), I like to know when should I expected to receive any update on my application?

and after 9 days they reply:
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is in process.
If further information is needed, the responsible office will contact you.
