Why are they this slow?? Did you get any MR yet? That means we who received AOR this 2016 should wait till next year or what? ? ADVO is really crazy

It is realy Disgusting. I think they only play with express entry. They will diclar then take 300k people. And 45k in QSW within 2016. What a joke as far i know only few have got visa not more the 1k and the year is ending. What kind of funny think they are doing.

It is really frustrating..

I filed my federal on 5th May , reached Sydney office on 11th May its being 41 days since the file reached Sydney office and no response yet any idea how long it takes for a federal file number.

I had applied early of May but still not got any response. People used to get the AOR within 50 days. Why its so late this time?

Hello All -

I applied through MON project and received document checklist from MIDI few days back. I am from India and currently working in USA.

Appreciate if someone can answer below questions.

Q1. I do not have birth certificate from my Home Country's ( India) Civic Hospital / Municipality. My entire life I have used Passport and my High School Mark sheet as proof of Date of Birth. Is their any alternative for me besides getting certificate from Indian Civic Hospital/Municipality? I checked on New York - USA consulate website and they only provide a letter that just says that DOB as per Passport is XX-YY-ZZZZ. Most of the times this letter is useless.

Q2. My Bachelors degree ( plus few other documents) have text in Hindi ( One of the Indian languages) and as per MIDI , I need to get every document with non-English and non-French text translated. So far I have been unable to find a recognized translator in USA tri-state area that can translate documents from Hindi to English. Any suggestions?

Q3. How are you guys preparing "Certified True Copy" of Educational Documents. As per MIDI , only following can certify educational documents:
a) Document Issuer - My Indian University is very hard to reach out to.
b) Notary from India - Notary from India are available only in India and I am in USA.
c) Indian Consulate - Indian consulate in NY won't certify documents issued in India.

Any suggestions?

Can you please share us what type of message they send you when asking for documents, how long after your payment submission you get document request and what are the documents that are requested?

Do you have to fill up any application form like Mon Project account or you just have to send them the documents ?

I am sure all the members who are waiting for " Document Request " will be very happy if you kindly share this information

in IMM5669 BACKGROUND DECLARATION , I mistakenly ANSWEREd 6D that your visa to any countary refused with "no" . but in actual my visitor visa to US was rejected recently and also UK working holiday was rejected due to funds not shown properly . i sent my parcel on 25 july 2016 . so should i send new background declaration form with "yes" on visa rejection and explaination

Dont worry same mistake here and many people did same. Just write an application with ditails and update Background Declar.. to your VO

I need clarification regarding updating dependent details in the online application for MON PROJECT. I don't have the passports for my two new born sons. While filling the form there is a field for passport number and that field is mandatory to be filled. What can I do? Since the time is short, and I won't be getting the passports before 15th August even if I apply now? Please help!!

I am afraid there is no right answer to this.
It varies case by case.
Usually, for inland applicants Medical is done in the beginning or middle phase. Usually 5-6 months after medicals you should expect Passport request.

For outside applicants, medical are requested at the end of process. Usually they get a pp req within 3-4 weeks after medical results are received.

Good to see your timeline.....was just glancing through it. it took you exactly 12 months for Federal app to landing. What a perfect and desirable timing.
Can you share a few things?
Where did you apply from and what is your VO?
How was your landing experience in Quebec?
Were you asked Proof of funds and in what form?

If you speak french, pretty much anywhere. Quebec City has a great job market. If you're only comfortable in English, Montreal is probably your best bet and only real choice beyond the Ottawa area right on the border of Ontario.
