By the way, what kind of extra docs are usually asked during PR stage?

One of my friend ask by visa office 2nd level justification about continuing France language class.(he was said in 1st level justification that he is continuing freance). But he has already completed b2 from AF. There no C1 class in AF in our country.

Under regular program. And I have applied it from outside canada
