Well, 4-5 months when your application is physically received by the office. When you get your AOR after your CC is charged is kind of arbitrary.

I think it is 4 months max from the time of submitting your application.

Still waiting , they received the passports on Monday 8th of Feb..
As i read here that it might take 10 - 15 days .

Once the RPRF receipt is sent to CIC through e-mail/case specific enquiry, does CIC send an acknowledgement/e-mail saying they have received it?

i federal file was received on oct 23 2015. i haven't received any acknowledgement yet(file no or money deduction i gave my credit card details).
when can i expect the file no?. is 4 months general processing time ?. just worried.

I used to study in Australia for about 20 months from 2004-2005.
Do I need the police clearance from AU?

I notice there are 2 versions of the police clearance from Aus. 1 with FIngerprints and the 2nd without.
Which one the Canadian Federal is looking for?

Hi,

I applied to CSQ from Montreal, Quebec on 22nd December,2015.
I had send my DD(Demand Draft) for the payment with the application. But I still see that it's not been cashed till now and I did not receive the file number. But One of My friend who applied on 16th December ,received the file number on February 4th. and he made the payment through Debit Card. Can any one please tell me how much time will it take to receive My file number? Is there anyway to track the status.

I submitted my file on 2nd Oct and received AOR last friday(4 months + few days more). It might be another week before you get yours.

“I also applied from Montreal.My file reached to CIC Sydney on 2015/07/27,I got my AOR 2015/11/18 which is similar to you.But CIC Ottowa sent medical to me on 2016/01/30.On 02/08/2016 clinic sent result to e-system, two days later I got RPRF.
So I am not sure if your processing speed is normal , or mine is ahead of July application. I think you can sent a e-mail enquiry to CIC ask them your situation they will give you answer.

Hi I also took the ME in montreal more than 10 days, how to know when they submit the medical results to CIC?
I called the clinic , but they just told me to wait.
