Hello All

I just completed medical test on 06 Feb 2016
what will be the next step?
please guide me..

We submitted a photocopy of our passport as part of the requirement for federal stage.. Does it have to be a notarized copy? Will they return our application because of our passport? Anyone with the same experience.

I don't think so, they mention the docs that need to be notarized copies specifically. We got our application back in November and sent it back since, our mistake was a missing hand signature, but her passport photocopy was fine without being notarized.

Hi people

Yesterday I got my PPR! As happy as I was, I went and send my passport by the end of the day, but I forgot to send with it a prepaid envelope for them to send it back. So today, I went on and sent them an envelope, with the prepaid envelope in it, and a letter explaining, also with my details.

Do you guys think this would delay my passport return?

Thank you very much :)

Hey Friend,
Can you share your timeline and visa office information please?

Just follow the "Format" column of the checklist. If it says "Copy" then that's all you need, ie a photocopy - no need to make things more difficult or expensive than they need be. If the certificates are not in English or French then you will need to submit a "notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the original version".
Not required for federal part. The difficult part where you had to prove every word is over now that you have your CSQ in hand ;)

Thanks MidoRafa
It really relieves us to hear that

No, your application won't be rejected, we submitted copies not notarized and got approval for PR "decision made" ...

Congratulations Disbrew!!!
I don't think this will delay your passport return. They will receive the second & first packages almost at the same time, before they have time to print your visa. It usually takes 10/15 days to have passport back. Don't worry,
Cheers,
Amelie

Hi Stephilosophy:
I couldn't send you a PM because your inbox is full.
I haven't received my passport request yet.
As you can read here they are sending now PPR to people who sent their application in February 2015
I did my medical in January but my ECAS has not been updated yet.
We shall receive PPR by June, besides I am looking forward to have it April/May.
What do you think?
Let's keep in touch
Cheers
Amelie
