Hello everyone,

The office received my application on July 21, 2015 and I got my AOR on Nov 12. 2015.

It's been almost 3 months but I haven't received medical request and I've seen people getting their MR in 2months.

Is there anyone else who applied around the same time as me and is still waiting for their MR?

Thanks in advance!

Yes. Look at my timeline. There are many.

For those who did the medical; does anybody know exactly what they're testing for? There are many possible blood tests, but they only took two small samples from me.

Guys, my ecas status has been changed from "application received" to "in process" but inside that only two lines "received your application on 19.10.2015" "AOR sent on 18.01.2016" ... what this means ?

Still no GCMS notes. Even that seems to be taking longer than usual...

Hey guys I see that on cic website they have changed the processing time for Quebec skilled worker to 17 months.

I have done my master from Quebec and I am currently completing French. If everything goes good I should have CSQ in month on April 2015. I am planning on applying for PR as soon as I get my CSQ.

But my problem is that my post graduate work permit expires on June 2017 and if I take that 17 months in to the factor it will expire before I get my PR.

What will happen in that case ? I do not have any employer or anything I am a self employed person.

Can you please guide.

Thanks in Advance

Hi All,

One query. Is it necessary that after getting the visa, to land in Quebec, the PA should accompany us? Is it not possible, for the spouse to land with the visa. If so, how long it is needed for the PA to be along with the spouse? Is it 2-3 weeks? Or more.

The query is because, my wife is a PA and the idea we have is, one of us, (mostly me), can go and look out for a job and then after getting a job, transfer the family. If both of us quit, it will become an issue to support.

Does anyone, have any idea around this?

Good day one and all,

It seems that it takes eternity when we reach this stage in the process. Hoping that February will be an active time for this forum with receiving correspondence for medical request and passport request.

Lets all be positive for the month of February2016.

hello friends

there is an update on my file .. as i received intent to reject letter again from MIDI today and they are asking me to submit the Declaration form as my Profession which is " Engineer" is regulated profession in Quebec . As per the letter i need to send this form only ..

Is anybody have any knowledge about this declaration and why Quebec immigration office asked me this declaration form
I am BE graduate in Computer Science and engineering but my profession is Software Quality Analyst with exp of 6 years .

@ Ajish

Hi
Did MIDI asked you send such document before you got your CSQ

Hope to see some replies on it

I think they are talking about you need to show the prove that you have the title of "Engineer" since it need to be earned from the Quebec engineer association, and you also need to show that you are doing a engineering job not a technician or other non-technical job.

Don't worry my friend, both CSQ and PR application does not require your job offer or job notice, when your PGWP are near to be expired, you could renew it with your CSQ and prove of PR application. But remember when you do so you need to show your prove that you are really doing a self-employ work, you T4 form or reveneue record I think.

It means you should have received your Notice letter of Acknowlege of receiving, if you did not, you better contact them, and I believ your case is in the line for detail reviewing, next step you should receive the Medical request.

Sorry, I am confused by your words, could you explain your question? What is PA and what is your situation and idea?
