Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

So my girlfriend's application got returned as incomplete It has a checklist that just says the declaration of intent to reside in Quebec wasn't signed (name was written on computer and printed out, we forgot to sign it in handwriting) and the original docs include marks that they've made. My question is... can we reprint the declaration of intent to reside in Quebec, sign it properly and resend the exact same documents that were sent back to us and marked? We also have 2 envelopes, one of which has "not necessary" marked on it, I think it has our passport pictures in it. Is there anything else we should do?

Just to add to this, the letter says the application fee has not been processed and is also being returned to us, but we paid online with a credit card and printed the receipt and sent it with the application, that receipt was returned to us... should we resend the exact same application with the same receipt and will everything be fine? I'm scared they'll refund us later and then will say the fee hasn't been paid. For now, no refund has been received and the fee was processed back when we sent the original file.

I am sure u do not have UCI number, i think there is no problem to mention your refusal in form 5669E, so you can mention your exact situation without any hesitation.

My file initially opened on Dec 2011 , I received my csq on Aug 10 2015 , i submitted my docs to CIC on Sep 10 2015 , it was acknwoledged as well , and its been 2 months no information whatsoever , is there a way to check if CIC is received it and processing it . The wait keeps getting longer and longer .

What do you mean "it was acknowledged as well" ?? did you receive AOR (case / file number) ?? what is your Visa office or country of residence ?

I got my CSQ in July and applied for permanent residency in August. The application is received in Nova Scotia on August 13th. It has been more than 2 months and I haven't heard anything from the CIC and I have not received AOR. So my question is:

1. Does any of you applied in August and still are waiting for AOR? Or did you get it already.
2. For recent applicants, I want to know how long does it take you to get the AOR???
3. Is there anyway I can send missing documents after I sent the application? (Not sure if I missed any documents, but I just want to know in case)

Please help me. I'm going a bit crazy now and I'm scared my application will be sent back!!!!!

There is no need to panic, it is taking 3 to 4 months to get AOR. I can't really comment on point (3).

Hi Luc22. Did you receive Ppr already? I am worried because til now no request for rprf, we finished our medicals last Sept 14. No news til now!!! Does anyone knows if it is possible to request rprf and ppr at the same time? I am worried because we change our address in this later part of processing from kuwait to phil and our vo is Abu dhabi. Please enlughten us. Thanks

Hi Faith,

No need to worry. As per my representative some visa office have already reached their quotas to issue visas for this year and yes usually PPR and RPRF are requested at the same time.

Really??? It means, there is no chance of ppr for us this year? That really saddened me!!! Anyway, it is out of our control, we just need to wait patiently. I thought, because we updated our address that is why we did not get any ppr til now. Some of our friends got theirs. We have the same timeline, that is why I am really worried!

Hi Faith,

I got a request on Sep 26 for Police clearance certificates concerning the countries i lived in and RPRF payment , all done on 26 October and now waiting... I am currently in Montreal so the document requests and RPRF timing might vary.. As for the quota for visa offices , i don't have any idea and i can't comment on it.

My latest update was "Medical results have been received" on 14 October.
Ecas still shows "In Process", no sign of ppr yet.
