I guess that's automatic message or system delay. My friend once got ppr for work permit on Sunday...Surprisingly my friend received landing fee request yesterday
RPRF and Medical mails are automated mails dispatched in batches...Surprisingly my friend received landing fee request yesterday
So your best option would be to let CIC know a month before delivery that you are expecting so that your application is put on hold. Once you have baby's Passport and Birth Certificate in hand then work with MIDI to get CSQ for new born and then send new born CSQ ( plus other forms + fees etc.) to CIC so that your application is resumed.
Other alternative would be to skip CSQ part and add baby as non-accompanying to your file and then land with you and your husband as PR and baby as visitor. However please note that there are good chances that visitor visa for newborn would be rejected and your new born would need to live outside of Canada until he/she gets his PR via Family Sponsorship route with one ( or both) of the parents living in Canada.
MR email is not automated. How I know this? MR email for my family had 2 attachments and one of the attachments had spelling mistakes in filename. I do not expect machines to make such mistakesRPRF and Medical mails are automated mails dispatched in batches...
Newborns from visa exempt country can enter Canada as visitosr and then get their PR processed under Family Sponsorship while still living in Canada.Hmmm so I better get comfortable here. God only knows when this process will be complete. What if the baby is born in a visa exempt country like the U.S.?
What about if I go to Canada to have the baby? I know I will have to pay the fees myself. But will it affect the PR process?Newborns from visa exempt country can enter Canada as visitosr and then get their PR processed under Family Sponsorship while still living in Canada.
It shouldn't affect PR process but it's going to be super expensive. You might want to ask this Q in this forum:What about if I go to Canada to have the baby? I know I will have to pay the fees myself. But will it affect the PR process?

Can someone please start a change.org petition to keep @Betula and @poisonapple out of this forum ?I think someone on this forum is a CIC spy making sure that when despair starts to spread, they slow down even more
"You wish" said CIC spy in this forumWe need 2-3 DM this week!!
CIC spy should be thankful to this forum. It reduces their work load by a lot!!"You wish" said CIC spy in this forum

For inland applications, in case if a person application status changes to DM a week before their work permit/visitor record expiry and no PPR was done, still that person need to apply for work permit/visitor record extension? After landing with COPR
PPR --> Passport Sent to CIC --> Passport/Passport Copy received back with COPR --> Landing
