Not sure about which date you are referring to ....there is always a due date but it's just reference date for analysts and it doesn't have much significance...But there is no background completion date

It seems processing is batch wise or based on some number or targets, definitely there is no reason i foresee that so many applications are not even touched for so long ...Due date in GCMS for QSW = "if you get chance then please check before this date, if you are busy then do not bother as these are Quebec applicants after all. They are not important"
I have an idea on their processes:I almost want to pursue a career at CIC to understand these application processes
Apologies, it was not completion date, but due date. I had a due date of 30/10/2017 under my security section and also my criminality section but it said security had not started yetHi IrllnMtl,I also ordered GCMS in May,till now eleglibility:no start criminality: in progress. Security: no start medicalassed 5 months passed nothing change, where can you find background completion date?there is no place I can find from my GCMS note. Me too,I travelled a lot of countries.

Skilled Workers ( Quebec) time is still 13 months.Which other office ?
Yes and no. They assume at RAMQ, that since you have a work permit, you have an employer who offers you an extended health insurance as a benefit. The extended health insurance usually covers the prescription drugs as well. If this is not your case, you will have to provide RAMQ proof that you are not provided for and therefore not eligible for any other prescription drug insurance but the one offered by RAMQ. That is if you want to be covered by their prescription drug plan. Your other option is to get it from a private insurance company (again, if your employer does not provide the health benefit). By law or something, everyone in Quebec must have a prescription drug insurance, either private or employer provided, or the last option from RAMQ itself.Dear friends, being a foreign worker with closed work permit, I received a letter from Regie de l'assurance maladie Quebec (RAMQ) confirming my eligibility for health insurance, but not prescription drug insurance. Is it true for a CSQ holder and PR applicant? Thank you
