I sent my application in April 2016 and it started processing in May 2016. Medical Exam done in September 2016 and passed.
Now still waiting.......
No idea what happened during the processing.

I sent an email to three email address (CIO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca, CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca, CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca) last weekend. In the email, I wrote :

Please find the attached the receipt for RPR fee (for my wife and me). I request you to include this fee in my file.

Last name: ******

Application Number: **********
UCI: *******
Type of application: Quebec skilled worker
The receipt number of RPRF is : ********
Thanks for your time.
That PDF receipt is also attached to the email. It is only 3 days after this email. Now, everything is OK.
