What's the best method to send the passport. Any tips saw people having trouble with tracking.

I received the mail of ready for visa my visa office is Ottawa they received my file on 7/3/2016 and I did medical in 20/7/2016 and back ground in progress since 2/12/2016

Does that mean there is something pending with my application ?

I'm in PEQ application. I heard there are lots on ONHOLD for PEQ application on federal phase...

For Federal part, CIC does not process PEQ and Regular QSW separately. 2 QSW inland applicants got Decision Made message today/this week.

website say average processing time for QSW is 13 months. We have passed that period yet. I saw couple of guys got PP request recently who applied in January. so sit tight and hope for the best... we will get something soon..
