Because they Novascodia started processing my application few days after yours but until now i have yet to receive any medical request

I paid RPRF fee cause I am in a rush (who isn't?) to get this done. I sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca with proof of payment and all my info.

Long time reader, first time posting confirming to say I received my Confirmation of PR this week in the mail.

Here is a break down of timeline:

Inland applicant (I have been living/studying/working in Canada for the past few years and did all of my CSQ and PR application in Canada)
Visa Office : Sydney, Nova Scotia

• Application for permanent residence on July 22, 2015.
• Correspondence acknowledging receipt on November 13, 2015.
• Processing application on November 13, 2015.
• Medical results request on January 30, 2015.
• Medical submitted on February 02, 2016.
• Medical results have been received February 12, 2016.
• Confirmation of PR on April 21, 2016

So it looks like July 2015 applicants are now being processed. Good luck to the rest of you!

One thing I've learned is to not think about the process once you have sent the application, it will eventually come

Next steps:
Complete my personal effects documentation
Go to the border to activate PR (Currently in no rush as I have a work permit that lasts for quite some time, but I will be doing it before the end of the month)

Medical Request: January 21st 2016

Medical Done: January 22nd 2016

RPRF Request: February 2nd 2016

Medical Received: February 16th Medicals Received Update

PCC Request: February 11th 2016

Passport Request: March 2nd 2016

Decision Made Update: March 3rd 2016

Passports Received By VO: March 3rd 2016

Passports Back with CoPR: March 21st 2016

Landed: March 22nd 2016


We Landed at Lacolle, everyone was really nice. When we reached the US border, the officer didn't ask us to get out of the car, we just did the U turn, and that was that. As opposed to some members of this forum, we did get asked to show proof of funds. If somebody has specific questions, you know where to find me.

It started to show ''Medical results has been received '' from March 28, 2016.
After that no news for PPR..Do you have any comments..?
