I am inland applicant.. not outland..
Everyone from 2018 is stuck in their files ..
I was checking once.. online it was written only 10 officers working in sydney case processing center.
Government should look at this peace of shit. It’s not the right way of immigration to treat the applicants like garbage.
they should hire some teams to clear backlog of quebec federal stage.

Wow its confirmed on this website. Some people who applied in November 2020 already got their official ARs, and a lot of people who applied before still can't get it.

No man, its the official AOR number. when you translate it, it says that they "unexpectedly received OFFICIAL file numbers".. On the FB group, someone else posted that people who applied in October/November 2020 got an official AR.

I called immigration and citizenship minister office to tell them about federal stage of QSWP.
everyone please try to call your local MP and also call immigration minister office to look into sydney case processing centre.

All the documents requested say "original" or "copy" (copy or photocopy is the same). If you want to send the document that says copy is up to you but keep a colour copy of the CSQ.

About the mailing address is 2 self-adhesive labels with your mailing address which will be used if they need to return to you any documents by mail.

I just got my CSQ and I will start to fill up the forms for PR under QSW program.
I have a question: My common-law is Canadian and obviously he doesn't need to be my dependant in my application.
Should we fill up "Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union" or where exactly I should mention him?

He is not my sponsor, just common-law partner.

Hi, has anyone from 2018 paper applications outland received any updates? It feels we are forgotten. I am in my 29th month, haven't received any communication, I sent the web form a month ago and haven't received any reply - not even the automated one When do you think they will resume looking at our files?

All 2018 applications are in the same boat. Very unfortunate, but what can we do? I am a 2018 applicant, medicals expired in Nov 2020 and still waiting........We really cant predict anything or know when IRCC will resume looking at the applications once again.

My questions are:
1- About CSQ i am a bit confused! they want me a new valid CSQ? My documents received by them by 6-2020 ( as per their XPE letter) so i dont get why they say your application will be returned?!!!! Should I ignore that?
2- I want pay the gap but they haven't sent any invoice! do you think if i pay the fee again (full fee) they will refund the balance? has anyone had this issue before?

I thought receiving AOR at least means the application is complete. But seems like they give you AOR to link to online account even though your application is not complete?
