Hi guys ; Need some urgent advice. Actually i just receive my selection certificate few days ago for my wife and my daughter and me but now i gonna have another child next month now what should i do ? Should i have to return the original selection certificate back to them in order to add up my upcoming child or just send his birth certificate and required fee... And furthermore will my application be reassessed for points and will i have to again wait for a long period ?

Hi everyone.i just want to know if ilang points ang matatanggap mo if you earned a 14 years of full time education sa atin compared to Quebec na 16 years?I have a doubt na ituloy ang pag apply this August 16 intake baka 6 points lang ibigay.I have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (4years) with almost 6 years of experience as an Accountant.cheers

Meron po ba instruction na need ilagay yun address and details ng photo studio? I don't recall reading that po.

Hi guys.. just a newbie here in this forum... I have question regarding tha photo specification on federal stage... What if we submitted the photos without the deatails of the photography studio( name and their complete address). Is there a possibility that our document will be sent back to us since we dont have any agency to help us apply in Quebec? Thank you for your reply..

My NOC is also U118 , I am a Nurse (B.Sc Nursing done).......from India..
u are from which country ????
our time line is also same .....recd AOR on 7/8/2014.....
but i recd intend to reject letter on 20/7/16
And i have already submit documents as per there requirement on 27/7/2016
Now just waiting for MICC reply on the same........

Have U recd this Intend to reject letter befor CSQ issued by MIDI ???

Hi, Sanky! I'm from the Philippines I didn't receive any letter to update my application. When I called them 1st week of August this year, I was advised that my CSQ app was approved and issued last July 26. From what I've heard, it usually takes 2 to 3 months or sometimes more to receive a reply from MIDI after updating your file. Gooluck! I hope everything works out well for you

Intention to reject your selection certificate request

We have received your request to the Quebec Selection Certificate. However,
documents which were submitted in support of your application will not establish you, and
members of your family if necessary, answer the requirements of the Act
immigration to Quebec and the Regulation respecting the selection of foreign nationals. We have
therefore intends to reject your application.
We ask you to send us all the documents listed in Appendix A hereto and
to inform us of any changes in your personal situation, since the date
submit your application by filling in Schedule B hereto.
We must receive before , in a single shipment mailed
ZIP:
 all documents requested in the required format specified in Appendix A;
 Appendix B, duly completed, signed, dated and accompanied by all documents
necessary to update your file;
 the attached cover sheet.
You must send your submission to the following address

Just include your new child on your list of dependents before sending your CSQ for federal or wait from their advice what to do next. you can call them for verification.

i believe this refers to the form they sent. as per the last sentence below

Hi guys,

Just wanted to share that we had received an "Intent to Reject Letter" from MIDI.
More of, they're just asking us to update the residence permits:

1.) Principal Applicant's Residence Permit: iqama (w/ English translations).
2.) Spouse's Residence Permit: Alien Residence Card (ARC) as the spouse was based from Taipei, Taiwan (w/ English translations).

However, the Principal Applicant (my wife) would end her employment contract this coming October 2016.
She'll be returning to Philippines and would try to look for another job opportunity (may be UK, Ireland or any EU State).

We haven't consulted yet to the Law Firm (Campbell Cohen) that we acquired regarding this matter.
But we already discussed this possibilities to them before receiving this letter from MIDI and advised us to wait for the update from MIDI first.

Any idea guys? May be somebody in this forum have the same situation?
Someone suggested to attach an explanation letter when sending the residence permit to MIDI.
Stating that "Residence Permits (iqama) from Middle East would only be renewed a month before the said expiration date".

However, my wife would not renew her employment contract anymore.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions and opinions.

same tayo mam na iqama lang ang hinihingi. send nyo lang yung latest resident permit ng current country kung saan kayo nagwowork.
update nyo din sila kung merong changes sa employment nyo.

Hi. We are lodging our application/documents for Federal Stage, however, my husband's NBI states "No Criminal Record". This is because his father's business had a problem with taxes and was filed against him because they have the same name. We submitted all the required documents like explanation from NBI, court dismissal, and his own explanation. We would like to know if there are cases the same with his case?

Appreciate a reply from the members of this forum. It would be a great help.
