may bago nga na news but I'm still trying to comprehend. nakakuha na po ako ng letter nung april 2015 and they gave 90 days for me to comply. took TEF but results not yet avaialable. my score on their email shows 45 points.

That's the letter of intention to reject your application. Can you share what the letter says? Probably something wrong with your documents.

According to the MICC Website :

Intent to refuse: You will receive a letter informing you that your application will be refused, unless you provide, within 60 days, documented proof to justify reviewing the decision. If the requested proof is received within the prescribed timeframe, the review of your application will continue. Failing that, your application will be refused without further notice. You then have the possibility to submit a request for an administrative rev

Hello Kababayan's,

I would like to seek your expertise and experience on applying the CSQ.

I am a graduate of Bachelors Degree Major in Computer Engineering in one of the state university in the Philippines and preparing now my documents to lodge an application to the opening of the program.

I consulted some Visa Consultants here in the Philippines and they told to me that I am not qualified because the Bachelors Degree that I have is equivalent only to Vocational Degree in Quebec.

I am a bit confused now. I would like to know if that is true.

I would like to seek your insights regarding on this matter.

Hope you can share a link where I can prove that this is true and correct.

Good day!

Would like to ask for your help and opinions. We applied under QSW in Oct. 2013. AOR in Jan 2014. No update or anything since then.
We got married and have taken 2 French courses from UP Diliman (with certificates)... We are planning to update our application/status.
Anyone know what forms do we need to fill up (if there are any) and how do we update? We just applied by ourselves no consultancy.

Hello, just wanna ask if what documents need to be certified? and photocopies only? i just read In many cases applications were rejected because the original documents were provided instead of certified copies. so all my documents need to be certified including payslips, reference letter, tax, etc?

One more thing, iwirked as a private duty nurse fo a year in philippines. the problem is, i didnt have sss contribution... How is that? how to prove the legality of my work? i only have the reference letter.

Is it possible get CSQ with tcfq A2 where point more then 57. Or any one have got CSQ with A2 level please replay. Don't hide your self.
