If you filed from Saudi, does that mean that you are under BIQ Damascus and your file number starts with DA? If so, maybe the reason why yours is fast is because the processing time for Saudi based applicants is like 30 months or something. I applied in Singapore so Im under BIQ-HK. When I called the immigration, the customer service personnel told me that I should look under SG's processing time and not Philippines since SG is where I legally reside despite being a Filipino citizen. If that is true, it would not make a difference anyway since both have a 40 month waiting time. hahaha.. Congatulations on your CSQ, if I were you, just continue with your Quebec application since you have your CSQ. Grab the oppurtunity they usually say.

I think I have to wait until Dec for my Fsw since it was filed last june 16. I'll wait for the feedback. If fsw will give positive eligibility for my application then i'll go for it but if not I will continue to process my Quebec.

Congrats dear thats realy a good news . Realy happy for you. I think u r the 1st applicant after august 2013 who got csq without haiyan priority. Ur case gives us a real hope. Can u tell us ur total points.

They have instructed me to fill out some details once the forms are here. Do you have an agency?

Hi Synergist07! Currently I work also in Saudi Arabia. My application was filed by Mercan in Montreal last jan 2014 then got my AOR last May 2014. My file number starts with DAxxxxx too Your CSQ issuance made my day! It means that they start issuing CSQ already and hopefully all of us here will receive ours soon.

So if you called MICC and the personnel/agent told you your file has been opened on August (3rd week) but still the payment is yet to be billed/encashed, would there be any problem? I mean it's been a month. Or it's as good as "ok" and just have to wait for the letter/notice/official AOR?

My friend who is under the yolanda processing got his medical last july and by august he received his visa. I think he applied for the federal stage last end of march or april.

Hi Kasing! Under po ako sa Haiyan. Less than a year nga po kasi Lodged last oct 2013. Really thankful. If not for the haiyan processing matatagalan din po aq sa application ko and i think my points din helped my app kasi i have 57points. Kasing good luck on your application! Kaya yan!
