Ahhh wait...I don't quite understand :P

It means that in order to lodge your application, you should have 49 points and above. After getting the AOR, you will be then asked to sit for an interview or to update your application. Dapat after this, you should reach 55 points and above for you to be given CSQ. Kaya between AOR and Interview/Update, people are taking french & IELTS exam or sending updated COE to claim additional points thus strengthening their application. :D

nga pala, if ever namiscalculate kunwari ung minimum points for application, for instance ang ncompute mo is 58 (for married applicants at least 57 dapat) tas sa computation ng immigration e 55 lang pala, ibabalik ba nila agad documents mo?

Well, ang pagkakaalam ko one should meet the minimum required points to be considered the application, which is 49 for single and 57 for married.
So yes, pwede bumalik un files if nameet un minimum point based threshold.

Pede natin hintayin un comment ng iba baka may concrete info sila. =)
