On my own din :) ..Did not include IELTS though :P Just attached English Language of Instruction from HS to College. Necessary ba to study french after receiving AOR? Where will you study if that's the case? we have to accredited schools naman..In Cebu and Manila. Keep in touch :)

Send mo na din yung IELTS mo anytime after AOR para may dagdag up to 6 points. Sa akin, I included it na in my application. Actually I'm currently reviewing sa AFM ng French Module 1. After I'm planning to study on my own na. We can find lots of study materials naman sa net, para menos gastos din. hehe ;D

settlement funds din ang kalaban ko sa FSW kahit sa ibang PNP. quebec lang ang medyo mababa ang settlement funds kaya this is the only chance for me. i hope lahat tayo makarating sa quebec at sana naman bumilis ang pag usad gaya ng FSW :D

Same here! lol.
Kaya QSW nalang inapply ko.

Pero sa akin, okay pa ko sa timeline ng Quebec since gusto ko pa makapagipon ng bala bago ko makipagsapalaran ulit sa ibang bansa. ;D ;D ;D

Yes because the normal waiting time for AOR is within 4-7 months so it is still within the waiting period. When I was calling them before, they would always say that the file is opened and complete since January 2013 but the draft has not been processed so they cannot issue an AOR. That means, nothing is wrong with the file. My theory is that maybe the reason why some receive their AOR's after 3-4 months is because drafts from the PH is valid for 3 months only. And since my draft came from a Canadian bank which has no expiration period, they can take their time until the 7th month. It is just my theory anyway.

For you, expect to wait until October since it is normally 4-7 months.
