Hi,

In my case, di ako binigyan ng tax exemption certificate kasi for immigration purposes daw. Unless for scholarship or other means, they can.
What I did was I get my BIR 2316 form from my employer.

Hope this helps.

Frenchman.

Hi Frenchman,

Tinanong ko na din sa employer ko kaso ayaw din nila mag bigay :(

Hi,

If they can't issue the 2316 Form, then they are not remitting taxes. (feel ko lang , hehe) You have to insist that you need it, otherwise, without you sending the legality (SSS, BIR Forms) of your work experience, it will be just ignored and is not counted.

isn't it if you have already the sss contributions signed with ctc you are good to go even without tax forms?

Sa BIR yung tax exemption, April. Yung may SSS, what others did was they printed their contribution details online and they brought it to the SSS office para ipa CTC. :)

thanks! pero kapag may sss contributions with ctc hindi mo na kailangan ng tax exemption certificate if ever diba? just the sss?

Hi,

Yes, that is correct but if you have both, the better.

Republic Act No. 9504 which exempts minimum wage earners in the private sector. so this means that we can have a certificate of exemptions or any means, but where can we get that?

You're welcome. More proofs of legality, lesser questions from the officer during interview.
Good luck!

Hi,

I am not sure about that. I was a minimum wage earner on a government hospital but the good thing is, I was able to get my Form 2316.

Seniors??

Thanks guys!

I submitted a certificate of tax exemption (for my voluntary experience) but I'm not sure if it's accepted since I'm still waiting for my AOR. What I did though is I complied with the requirements (i.e cedula, barangay cert,TIN number). I also got an affidavit from a lawyer explaining my situation.

Hi,

As far as I know, a voluntary experience is not counted as a work experience. Theoretically it is but legality wise, it is not. Cedula and other docs is not supporting your work experience, so mahirap, but who knows, magkaka AOR ka din. hehe

Hi,

5 years, 4 months and running ang job experience. I have SSS contributions and BIR 2316.
French exam? Not needed anymore. I just need to complete at least A2 French course for interview purposes.

Yes I'm quite apprehensive about it but suntok sa buwan nalang talaga if ever. Hehe. I submitted naman a certificate with complete details though and a comprehensive job description but hopefully sana ma-accept. Praying for it. :)
