Kung alang SSS contribution pwede naman tax sa BIR. Unless non remurated ang work nya sa pinas, she should have a tax return. I just called the number I entered a while ago... They received my application last June 6, according to the representative who answered me, and a bad news, I have some error with some of my documents... they will return back to me, my papers a few weeks from now...Huhuhu... :'(
The Lady told me that they will evaluate again the documents if it all already complete and correct, can I still have a chance to get re-evaluated and passed with the quota??

To the Seniors, correct me if i'm wrong kasi i'm not sure kung nabasa ko nga ito dito noon, may instance na binalik ang docs pero may binigay na file number din along with it? And they can resubmit within 90 days? Sure na ba na pasok siya sa cap if ever? TIA!
Kung COE problem nyo, pwede nman ipasign yan sa Nurse Manager ng wife mo. It does not have to be from HR. As long as willing mag sign ung nurse manager ng wife mo. i know someone with BD/DD which was encashed already and received his AOR (receipt) but after 1 month he received a letter both via snail mail and email telling him to pay again because his DD/BD was expired. The guy called up the BIQ montreal and the operator confirmed that his DD/BD was encased and that the date on his AOR correspond on the date found on the computer system. He asked the operator on the authenticity of the letter and email he received but the operator confirmed that the said email and letter are indeed coming from the agent assigned on his file because the letter and email are registered on the system... It's weird, isn't it? and very much confusing...Recently the poor guy called up BIQ montreal again and the operator said, he made a comment already on his file and still awaiting for response from the agent...spanky84us said:There is this user in the global quebec forum who received an email asking him to send certified copies of many documents. It's like how you submit a work attestation. Yan ang challenge sa mga volunteers and the like. Mahirap na humingi ng work attestation, much more ang training attestation na kasing detailed ng sa hinihingi nila sa mga employed/ naging employed.
Hingi ka ng training certificate, saka detailed job description mo. Dapat lahat ng mga hinihingi nila, lumabas sa certificate mo, like number of hours, etc.
