I personally suggest Alliance Francais (Cebu and now even Manila) because it is a school accredited by MICC. You could request a certificate attesting the number of hours attended. Mas may bearing kung nag-aaral ka doon.

Can somebody shed some light on this. My sister went to her highschool to have her copy of TOR certified. However, the school said that the principal who signed her TOR which was taken in 2013 is no longer employed by the school so it is considered invalid. Now she was asked to make a new request for another TOR to make it updated. In my understanding, as long as the TOR has a school seal, it remains valid forever. So what if they change principals every year, does this mean we also have to request for new TOR every year since it will become invalid?

You are correct. That is the work of the school registrar. Ginagatasan lang kayo ng school na yan. Kausapin mo yung registrar.

A certified copy is a copy/reproduction of the original document. So technically when someone in authority signed a document as certified true copy of the original, it becomes valid only at the time it was signed and confirmed by the said authority. Don't have much knowledge about the seal, all I know is that there are lots of them along recto joke Kidding aside, I guess the best way for the verifying party to prove the validity of a certified true copy document is through contacting the issuing institution...nothing less...so if resigned na yun signatory definitely di masasagot nung currently in the position e di naman sya ang pumirma e
