definitely a big NO po sir...i think the best way po to be fluent in french is to merge and integrate with the natives po but it is not a guarantee as well. To cite an example po, my aunt is 24 years na dito pero she only knew the basics. When i opened my bank account, i had a quick chat with the teller, she is 45 years old born and raised in montreal but doesnt speak french...learning and mastering french po take much time, effort and of course money din. although meron namn po jobs dito na doesnt require french. Pero sabi nga nila ganito talaga sa umpisa...Kaya gudluck nalng po sa atin lahat.... :)

Hello kabayans,

Hows ur application doin'? Just a piece of advice lang, i know the feeling of a "waiting-game"..stress level is so high, so while waiting for the reply form the immigration, why not devote your time studying the language (French). When was in the Philippines, I kept on saying na kayang kaya ko ang french once I will be in quebec. That I can find a work with just basic French in my arsenal. But when i reached here na, its not that easy po especially when you look for a job. I applied for a job through online (cguro more than a hundred na) and yes, i received several phones call but the very first question they asked was, "are you fluent in French?" when i said, NO, they suddenly hanged up. When i met some locals, ive tried to communicate but once they open their mouth, i can't understand a single word. Buti lang sana if through reading kasi im a bit familiar (take note 99% of their signage are in french). This is not to discourage you guys but while may time pa dyan sa pinas, devote yourself studying holistically their language. Yes, meron french school den dito for you to study but make sure your money is enough to sustain your stay while you study french. Good luck mga kabayans...

PS: some members are asking me through PM but when i am about to send my replies, it doesnt allow kasi full yung inbox nyo)

Tanong ko lang sir, ilang months kayo nag aral ng french dito sa pinas? Mas madali ka na cguro matututo diyan kasi you have no choice but to truly immerse yourself with the language they are using. best of luck! hopefully kami na naman sa susunod. :)

I applied in a JCI accredited hospital. Took the exam and passed it with a result of being the top 1 in all of the examinees but I was not hired since I have a pending application abroad. naging honest lang naman ako nung tinanong nla ako if may pending application ba ako abroad.

If I were you I will accept the job offer,,,I think matagal tagal pa ang processing ng QSC at sa Federal stage application for permanent residency,,,ang job offers ay 2 years contract lang pandagdag experience and savings na din,,I'm working here in Saudi Arabia as nurse and planning to resign if given a chance to have the QSC....

Kaya nga sana di na lang i mention ang Quebec application kasi di naman employer based ang quebec at immigration process cya,,,and will take long time to process,,,

sakin dati ganito, jobless ako ng october 2005 tapos nag apply ako for saudi sa isang agency ng october. natanggap ako ng work sa sta. mesa on november yata pero di ko sinabi na may pending application ako abroad. so habang nagwowork ako nagpa interview at nagpapasa ng mga requirements sa agency. tapos last week ng january 2006 sinabihan ako ng agency na mag medical then PDOS na. thats the time na nagpaalam nako sa work ko ayun gulat sila hehehe. tapos 1st week ng feb tumawag ulit yung agency ang sabi flight kana bukas... lolz

Hello everyone. :) Ask ko lang san po makikita yung address ng pag papasahan ng forms kace yung nakita ko link is under ng investors at hindi permanent workers.

Applications from China, Hong Kong and Macao must be sent by regular mail to the Bureau d’immigration du Québec in Hong Kong.
Applications from any other territory must be send by regular mail to the Direction du courrier, de l’encaissement et de l'évaluation comparative in Montréal.
(Under ng investors ko po eto nakita)

Thanks.. :)
