Read from this site, http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/EN/immigrate-settle/permanent-workers/official-immigration-application/requirements-programs/index.html. And read the posts here, you will better understand it. Don't rely on the posts too much as we only explain the best that we can but it is the official site that will tell you precisely what to do.

kinakabahan na kasi ako. Sabi kasi dun sa pdf na nareceive ko na they won't notify me if I'll be rejected or not. In short, di ko malalaman status unless I call them. If they will reject me and I am currently waiting then they are just prolonging my agony :(

What does your consultant have to say about this dilema of yours? Are they helping you?

Hello to everyone.. ^_^ I'm newbie here.. Just recently lang i got interested on QSWP. Kace dati alam ko kylangan talaga dito is french but lately nkikita ko sa mga post ng mga immigration consultancy at dito sa forum na pede magpasa kahit IELTS informative tlaga.. ^_^..

Ibig sabihin po ba nito I'm not eligible to apply since di ko na reach ung 55 points. :( Please advice po. Thanks..

To qualify for a Quebec Selection Certificate, Skilled Worker / Professional applicants must score enough points under the Quebec Immigration selection system below. A single applicant must score at least 49 points based on the criteria below. An applicant with a spouse or common-law/conjugal partner must score at least 57 points.

The Quebec Immigration selection factors may be summarized as follows:

Education Up to 12 points (Cutoff Score = 2 points)
Area of Training Up to 16 points
Validated Employment Offer Up to 10 points
Work Experience Up to 8 points
Age Up to 16 points
Language Proficiency Up to 22 points
Stay and Family in Quebec Up to 8 points
Spouse's Characteristics Up to 16 points
Children Up to 8 points
Financial Self-Sufficiency 1 point (Cutoff Score = 1)

Up to an additional 6 points may be awarded upon the interview for Adaptability. With these points awarded, a single applicant must score a minimum of 55 points. An applicant with a spouse or common-law/conjugal partner must score at least 63 points.

Hello there! :D May tanong lang ako sa inyo, regarding dun sa application for OIIQ and comparative eval ng MICC, pwede ba talaga silang pagsabayin? O dapat mag-request ka muna ng comparative eval ng MICC and once matanggap mo na yung comparative eval mo, dun ka pa lang pwedeng mag-apply for OIIQ? Salamat!

I don't know. No comment. They act like they don't care since I told them to send it via DHL or FedEx but they still ship it through LBC.

You will need to have a MICC eval studies result in order to process OIIQ application.

Thanks for clearing that up for me bosschips! I've read random posts here and on FB about people applying for MICC and OIIQ at the same time and I got really confused hahaha
