hi bosschips, I don't have any idea on what will be the effect of this in QSW program. I have a lot of questions also. But, it looks like pagandahan ng experience ito in order for you to get a visa. Apparently, mas mahirap ito if compared to the current programs of Canada. I just hope it will not affect QSW. Sir Conradfael, any thoughts about this?

If Quebec will adopt this system then its really going to be hard for deserving Filipinos to come here anymore. You have to have the most beautiful resume you'll be able to come up with and that itself is not an assurance that you will still get in. Unlike now, if you get enough points you will be able to process your papers and have a big chance to be selected. But, we can't stop the changes that they want and while you still have the time to get in, then do it.

Securer, when getting your documents inform the person in charge that you need it asap. If you don't they will not know the urgency. If you need to pay more then do. Mababawi mo lang din yang mga ginastos mo kapag nandito ka na. They gave you 3 months to comply. I think that's more than enough time for you to do it. Even if you are working, I know you can do it. Use the phone to communicate. Keep yourself updated with your documents. Kulitin mo sila ng kulitin. Dapat in a month matapos mo yan lahat para in case magkaproblem you still have time to dwell on it. Good luck on your application and hopefully see you soon. ;D

Ang ibig ko po malaman halimbawa may AOR na ako pero wala pa ako schedule for interview, since andito ako sa ABu Dhabi naka tira, is there any chance na maka sama ako sa selection mission? Lahat ng address ko sa application ko is Abu Dhabi naman. Pano po kaya yun?

that's the problem sir conrad kasi kahit anong pilit ko kahit pinuntahan na sila ng aunt ko..sabi pa din sakin na di pa din daw sila makaka issue sa diploma ng master's ko kasi wala pa daw special order from ched. Akalain mo 1 year na since I graduated tapos wala pa din SO from ched?anu kaya maganda gawin dito?pagawa ako ng letter sa ched na pending pa SO ko?

I read somewhere that even master degree in nursing in the Philippines get 10 points on education factor under Quebec immigration. To be exact with you, is a total number of 14 years of studies in the Philippines equivalent to bachelor level?

if kindergarten is not included then yes 14 years is equivalent to bachelor of science in nursing and another 2 years will be Master's degree already.

Even if you have AOR you still have to wait for your schedule for interview. All you can do is wait for that or you can follow it up if it will make you feel any better. Goodluck.
