New cap starting april guys will be 6500 for federal skilled workers...so submit na kasi beyond the 6500, they will return the papers. Here's the link:

^ medyo confusing.. so they will fill the 20k muna from the last batch then lower the next batch's cap?

from my point of view effective april 1, 2014 up to march 2015 6,500 lang ang tatanggapin nila tapos na yung 20k, pero same rules pa rin, kaya yung mga wala pang aor ng end of march sa malamang dito na tayo pasok sa 6,500 at sana sana makasama na tayo dito at least nauna na tayo sa iba na now pa lang magpapasa. (pwedeng kontrahin ng sinuman kung di agree para maliwanagan kami)

I guess by April 1 effective na yung new cap which is 6500, so regardless na fill yung cap na 20,000 or hindi for March, i think they will apply the 6500 cap by April 1 for those na wala pang AOR. Let's just wait because they might release new info regarding the details by the end of this month or next month.

2. cap for the 20k will end on Mar 31, 2014 (regardless kung ilan na applications naprocess nila). New cap will be enforced after on April 2014 (regardless if application was sent/received before said date, but still not processed/opened/no aor given).

I received my AOR thru email. My marereceive pa ba ako thru postal mail na AOR?and can i ask for the number kng saan pwede macontact ang quebec to ask about the status of my application?..

Almost same timeline tayo she-she! Got my AOR last October pa but until now wala pa ring updates. According to my agency I have to wait for 4 to 6 months for the interview schedule.

tama confusing talaga lalo na sa mga wala pang aor....isang tanong ang dapat na masagot dyan napuno ba o hindi ang 20k na cap as of march 31, 2014? sabi

nila kaya daw inextend kasi hindi mapupuno, so kung totoong hindi napuno come month end walang dapat ipagalala ang mga wala pang aor na naipadala at

natanggap ang documents nila bago matapos ang march 31, 2014, kung complete ang documents at walang problema malamang na dito sa 20k kasama
