Hello po. ask ko lang kung pano yung mode of payment kung walang credit card? pano ba yun? saan ako pupuntang bank? any bank ba? tpos kasma ba sa documents ung cheque dapat? thank you po

nagprint ako ng SSS contribution ko, pinadala ko sa kamag anak ko via email together with authorization letter and 2 valid id, ayaw po i certify kasi ang gusto original copy daw po nung authorization... ang sabi ko naman scan copy is as good as original as long as may signature ka di po ba?

Hintayin mu na lang pong ibalik yung documents. Sa pagakakbasa ko sa forum kahit yung mga instruction paper kailangan isama.

I know other people in this forum paid through bank draft. Most of them used BPI yata, mag inquire ka nalang sa nearest BPI....and yes kasama dapat sa application mo yung bank draft.

sa mga married applicants.. 2 copies po ba ng marriage cert ang sinubmit niyo? nakita ko po kasi sa doc checklist eh may tick box din yung sa spouse, which would mean we need at least 2 copies of the marriage cert.. tama?

Hi! Tama yung sinabi ni Alq814. Manager's check yung binigay sakin ng BPI Alabang Town Center. Meron instructions sa website on payment requirements. Nakalagay dun you may send a Cashier's Check (Manager's Check). Tapos dapat nakaprint sa likod ng check yung name ng applicant. Yes, isinama ko sa documents. Two pages yung nareceive ko na AOR. 1st page is to acknowledge the receipt of my documents and 2nd page is to acknowledge the payment. :)

Hi! I asked a lawyer regarding this, talagang original ang hiningi sakin kasi whenever they certify that the document presented is a true representation of the original document, they really have to see the original daw. Unless the authorizing body personally knows you and trusts you, papayag yun. Meron daw kasi mga applicants na nagpapagawa ng fake documents tas ifinophotocopy ng colored para hindi na nila iharap yung "original". Sabi ng lawyer, pag nag certify daw sila ng document at whether or not they knew it was fake, pag nahuli daw after verification, yung license daw nila eh at stake. Ayun. Mabusisi noh..

I think isa lang for as long as first time nio lang ikasal at sa isa't isa pa. Ang pagkakaintindi ko dito, the reason why both boxes are ticked eh incase either one of the principal applicant or the spouses has/had been married more than once (i.e. not just to you but to other people as well in the past) sabi dun you need to provide all prior documents. Dito sa pinas di mashado common yung ganun (though still possible) kasi walang divorce at magastos ang annulment at majority practice monogamous relationship (our Muslim brothers can marry more than once dba). At kahit once lang kami kinasal ng husband ko at sa isa't isa lang din, i sent two copies para sigurado kahit mejo pointless.. hehe.. you'll never know. Mabuti nang sobra, wag lang kulang. :) Ang haba noh, pang Ms Universe. "Thank you so much for that wonderful question......"

In case you haven't adjusted yet to the temperature, alam ko there was a yahoo article posted prior to start of sochi olympics on tips from the athletes themselves on how to keep yourself warm.. goodluck sakin pagdating ko jan (assuming! do we have to include label of our address even if it is in english or we do not need to include if it is already in english, i m little worried because i did not include any label for my mailing address. and also tell me how to make this label? do we need to provide it in english only or is it necessory to include label in our language and in french.
