I suggest submitting your application now to avoid that timezone. If, you are a nurse today, good dahil priority aot nila yan. Think about it. Remember, they will not adjust to us. We should adjust to them.

hello bosschips! i agree with you but do you still remember the month kung kelan naglalabas ng bagong rules ang quebec? last year 2013, that was August, last 2012 and 2011? do you guys still remember the month? oh my, sana wag muna sila maglabas ng new rules.

Tapos nung mareceive nila saka sila nagemail na nasa waiting list me for interview. Meaning, nacompute nila yung points nun. Palagay ko pag hindi ka nagsubmit ng any french diploma or cert malamang for interview talaga.
Ang plano ko ngang gawin pag ala pa sched for interview till March, submit ako sa kanila ng Cert from Alliance ng number of hours ng French lesson ko, baka sakaling mawaive.. 8) 8) 8)

Sir ConradFael!

In French po ba or English?
Nagsubmit po kayo ng French together with your application?
Meeeeerrrrccccciiii! :-* :-* :-*

Guys,

I just want to say thank you for all the people that made this possible. I have to admit, it helped me alot and I'm sure there are others out there in the same position.

Keep it up guys, I've been reading the threads for like 4 months now and I finally decided to sign-up an account just today hoping to join the discussions and help.

Best regards,

Nursing is NUMBER 2 IN CANADA'S TOP 10 BEST JOBS!!!
2. Head nurse & heath-care manager
Median Salary: $74,880

Change in salary (2006–2012): +24%

Total employees: 25,600

By 2020, about 20% of Canadians will be over age 65, which means positions in nursing and health-care management—a wide swath of jobs that ranges from research lab managers to nursing-home administrators—can only grow.

How to qualify: For nursing specializations, such as head nurse and nursing supervisor, the obvious price of entry is a four-year nursing degree, followed by clinical experience and, increasingly, management training (an MBA or master of health administration). Most laboratory managers have a degree in science and subsequent training at a college, university or technical institute, although business management degrees are becoming increasingly valued.

Money: Salaries typically range from about $85,000 to $105,000, and some receive premiums for postsecondary education or working evenings and weekends.

Opportunity: Ottawa projects a 30% shortage of nursing supervisors (and nurses overall) by 2020. On the technical side of health management, one of the biggest areas of growth is genetic testing. Reports suggest that by 2017 genetic laboratory budgets will consume up to two-thirds of total laboratory budgets, with the rise of personalized medicine.

What it’s like: Angelo Fefekos, who manages Mount Sinai Hospital’s Division of Diagnostic Medical Genetics in Toronto, describes his work as making “tough yes-or-no decisions” to ensure the best delivery of laboratory services. “The biggest challenge is to constantly inspire a large group of staff towards a common goal.”

Mabilis talaga yata ang processing for nurses. Hindi kasi kami priority application eh.

What I did was get a translation from the school. I talked to the Vice Dean of the College and he asked me to write a letter of request addressed to the Filipino Department Chair then I had it received by the Registrar's Office. I suggest doing it to avoid future delays.
